How do I purchase tickets?

IN PERSON: The Fine Arts Ticket Office is located in the lobby of the FSU Fine Arts Building at the corner of Call and Copeland Streets. Free parking is available on the ground floor of the Call Street Garage (No processing fee for In Person tickets). *

CAN I REFUND MY TICKETS?: All sales are final. Opening Nights ticket policy prohibits refunds on tickets except in the case of a performance cancellation. In the event a performance is rescheduled, tickets purchased will be updated and sent reflecting the new date and time. There are no refunds for rescheduled performances.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for the 2016-2017 season went on sale to the general public September 20, 2017.

Tickets go on sale to Opening Nights Members as follows:

Partner August 23 – 29
Friend August 30 – September 5
Associate September 6 – 12
Debut September 13 – 19

What are Director’s Choice events?

Opening Nights Director Christopher Heacox handpicks unique and thought-provoking acts to be a part of our special “Director’s Choice” offerings each season.

These performances are meticulously curated and are sincerely special.

Where do I park?

When do doors open?

Venue doors open 30 minutes prior to a performance. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before a performance begins.

What if I arrive late to a performance?

Latecomers to events will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers and in accordance with artists’ preferences at a suitable break in the performance.

What if I’ve lost my tickets?

Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted. Contact the Fine Arts Ticket Office at or (850) 644-6500 for details.

Can I refund my tickets?

Opening Nights does not issue refunds for tickets.

May I bring food or drinks into the venue?

Most Opening Nights venues prohibit food and drinks unless otherwise noted. However, our performances in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall feature cash/card bar service in the lobby 45 minutes prior to every performance.

Can I bring my children?

Opening Nights offers many events enjoyable for audiences of all ages. Children must have a ticket regardless of age and must be able to sit quietly throughout a performance. Children (and adults) who cause any disturbance will be asked to leave.

Are events accessible to patrons with special needs?

Opening Nights is committed to ensuring its performances are accessible to all patrons.

Disabled parking spots are available at all venues on a first come-first serve basis. Click HERE to view our venue/parking map.

Wheelchair-accessible seats are available in all price ranges in all venues. Please contact the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500 to purchase tickets.

Seats for visually impaired patrons are reserved for each performance. Please contact the Fine Arts Ticket Office at (850) 644-6500 to purchase tickets.

Assistive listening devices (ALDs) are available at many venues, including Ruby Diamond Concert Hall, the Nancy Smith Fichter Dance Theatre, and the Richard G. Fallon Theatre. Please ask a House Manager at the performance about acquiring an ALD.
