Ticket Delivery
Digital Tickets (Recommended)
Digital tickets are available for all tickets purchased online or by phone. When placing your order, please select the digital ticket option.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to access your tickets in your Digital Ticket Wallet. Simply tap the link and follow these steps:
- Log in to your Digital Ticket Wallet using the same login information you used when purchasing your tickets.
- Once logged in, your tickets will appear under the “My Events” tab.
- To view your ticket, tap on the event you’re attending. A scannable QR code for that event will appear on your screen.
You can also access your Digital Ticket Wallet anytime by clicking “My Tickets” in the menu at the top of our website.
Students and FSU Employees
Students and FSU employees purchasing tickets may select print-at-home tickets. Learn more about FSU employee verification process.

Mailing Tickets (Additional $5 Delivery Fee)
Mail delivery is available up to 10 days prior to the date of the performance. If purchasing tickets for multiple performances, mail delivery is only available if tickets are purchased 10 days from the date of the first performance in the purchase.
Patrons purchasing tickets fewer than 10 days prior to the first performance must select Digital Tickets or pick up at Will Call.
Will Call
Patrons who select this option will have their tickets available at Will Call, which opens in the performance venue one hour before the published performance start time.
Ticket Refunds
All sales are final. Tickets will not be refunded unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. If an artist cancels an appearance, Opening Nights at Florida State University will make every effort to substitute that performance with a comparable artist or reschedule the performance for a later date. Patrons will have their tickets refunded and will be informed of options to purchase tickets for the rescheduled date, if available.
Opening Nights will not cancel performances or refund tickets because of inclement weather. An artist may choose to cancel or reschedule a performance if weather prevents the artist’s arrival in Tallahassee, but that decision rests with the artist and not with Opening Nights.
Tickets are a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. The holder of tickets agrees not to engage in photography or reproduction in any form of the event for which tickets are issued. Violation of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license.
Ticket Service Fees
Service fees are not refundable, even if an event is canceled or rescheduled. Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets may not be resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price.
